At Green Tech, we value your privacy and keep things simple.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the limited information we require to operate the 'Inner Circle' promotional system.

Why Did I Receive This?

If you received an invitation or link to the GreenTech Inner Circle, it means you are already a valued part of our premium ecosystem. You are receiving this because you previously subscribed at our in-world store, participated in our past exclusive events (such as Mixx Weekend), or are an active member of the Green Tech Second Life group. We do not scrape, buy, or collect random avatar data. You are here because you are a recognized client in a high-end environment.

Data Collection & Usage

We believe in absolute minimalism when it comes to your data. We strictly collect only:

• Your Avatar Name
• Your Avatar UUID (Universally Unique Identifier)

This data is used exclusively to manage your Inner Circle membership and send informational alerts directly to you via Second Life Instant Message. If you use the web Join or Leave forms, your submitted Avatar Name (for Join), Avatar UUID, requested action, explicit consent, and security-verification information are transmitted securely to Green Tech only to process your request. The official in-world VIP Panel remains available as a verified alternative that identifies the avatar who touched it.

Secure Web Confirmation

A web form submission does not immediately change your membership. GreenTech sends a temporary, private confirmation link through Second Life Object IM; Second Life may forward that message to your email according to your account settings. The confirmation token is carried only in the URL fragment, removed from the address bar before external page resources load, and never displayed with your UUID or existing membership status. The confirmation page shows only the requested action and expiration time, and applies the change only after you press the explicit confirmation button.

Privacy & No Sale

Green Tech does not sell, rent, or trade your avatar data. Limited technical information may be processed only when necessary to operate the service, protect the membership forms from abuse, and keep your preference secure.

Your Right to Opt-Out

You have full control over your participation. You may submit a Leave request from the landing page and approve the private confirmation link, or visit our Green Tech region in Second Life, touch the official Inner Circle VIP Panel, and choose Leave. The in-world panel identifies the avatar who touched it and applies the preference directly.
